• Now to enter the incoming mail server, you have to type mail.talktalk.net in the provided section and further go to the next step.
• Repeat the same for the outgoing mail server, but here you can type smtp.talktalk.net. 
• As soon as you provide your details, you have to give a number 587, the outgoing port number. 
• Now for the incoming port, you have two aspects:

Ø If you have chosen the POP3 option so you can type 110 as the port number.

Ø If you have chosen the IMAP option, you can enter 143 for the same.

(Both options are great, but I would recommend going with the second one as it gives you access to delete emails from your phone.)

• Further, choose a number for your outgoing SSL and click on yes for authentication.
• Now your email is successfully established, and you can access it very quickly.

2. For outlook:

For outlook, you first need to see the outlook version you have installed on your device. Follow the same steps as provided for windows, and then you can get access to your account.

3. For IOs devices:

IOS devices stand for iPhone devices, here the setup process is not the same, and we will discuss what steps to follows

• Open the Settings app on your device and then select the mail option.
• Click on add account and then on other option.
• Now go on add mail account.
• After this, you will have to enter your name, mail address, and password. Note that the details you enter are correct.
• Then you will see a pop-up message as an error; I suggest you ignore this message and jump on the next button. 
• It will provide a list where you have to choose the application you want to sync for information; the app you choose is totally upon you but don’t forget to select the mail app.
• Then click on the Save button.
• Hence the process is completed, and you can use your TalkTalk mail on your device.

4. For MAC users:

Follow these provided steps if you are using MAC and want to create an apple mail.

• Select the apple icon present in your menu bar, then click on system preferences.
• Select add another account to add your mail account.
• Enter your name, username, and other required details correctly and jump to the sign-in button.
• Then you will see a pop-up message as an error; I suggest you ignore this message and jump on the next button. 
• It will provide a list where you have to choose the application you want to sync for information; the app you choose is totally upon you but don’t forget to select the mail app.
• Now click on the Save button.
• Now launch apple mac, and you can easily access your mail account. 

But in case if you are using an older version, steps will be changed in starting steps:

• Here you have first to launch apple mail and then go to the menu bar and do the same steps.
